Some new infos about Powerpoint empowerment!

During technology class, we have learnt about 'How to Make the Powerpoint Better'?. It was conducted by Miss Ng. I realized that more elements in the slides does not help the audience to understand better because it look messy. The less and only the important information in the slides would be better in order to make the presentation interesting. Besides, i was amazed to see one of the example that she showed us. If not mistaken,its about the presentation on 'Identity', conducted by one English man. He talked a lot and along with he put many motion pictures that are related to his topic. It was fun but he talked so much which i think i could hardly do so,like the others too,i guess. From now on, i will always try to utilize the knowledge that i gained during this class onto my slides presentation in the future. Therefore, the less is better and no longer the more is merrier. That is all for this time.

I was impressed

Smartboard? What is that? I have heard about it but i don't have any ideas on how its function. However, everything has changed when i stepped in the Technology class held in the MK2, Education Faculty for the very first time. The lecture was conducted by Prof Raja Maznah. When she touched the screen to move the slides, i was like Wow! because i was impressed by the technological tool called Smartboard. Frankly, i was never being exposed to the tools like that before due to the limited resources in my previous college. However, i am grateful to be in UM as i can utilized the facilities as much as i can in order to fulfil the need to be the technology savvy teacher.In my point of view, as future teachers or the teachers out there MUST have knowledge in this very particular skills which is technology and ICT. This is because technology and ICT empower our mind and thougths to have a bettter understanding about what we are born to be. Teachers! Yes,it is. That's all for the time being. As a time goes on, i will make sure that i will write some more blogs to share my thoughts and feelings towards this course as we are concern.

technology at your finger tips!

During the very first day I entered UM for this semester,I am wondering how is the class going to be. Would it be interesting or stressful. I never know until i have been here for about 2 weeks.What can say is everything running well and organized as well as my life in the new house(rental) in Bukit Angkasa.So far, I find that technology class is interesting because I love to work with computers and the net. I hope I will do better for this semester (and also for this particular subject) and I can pull up my CGPA as well. That is about it. I
